The P1P is Bambu Lab's open CoreXY entry into the fast core-moving design — no enclosure, but AMS-capable and modular. You can run it without the manufacturer cloud in LAN-Only mode too.

The P1P is an open CoreXY printer built for speed at an entry price; an enclosure can be retrofitted and AMS multi-material printing is supported. For cloud-free operation the open design is irrelevant: in LAN-Only mode you print and monitor locally via the slicer on your own network.
As with the other models, LAN-Only mode removes remote access from outside the network and the cloud-bound convenience services. If you later upgrade the P1P toward a P1S, LAN-Only mode stays the same.
The exact menu wording may vary depending on firmware version.
LAN-Only mode solves cloud-free operation per device. For multiple printers in production you need central job, material, user and reporting management — data-sovereign, in house. That is exactly what leanAM MES adds as an on-premise system, across manufacturers and without cloud lock-in.
